Context

Triggered by the corona virus, many companies digitize their application process under time pressure.
This creates uncertainties in the company and among applicants - for example, about the video interview as an interview.

Challenge

Good interviews by video are possible - if both sides have prepared for the new medium. Together with speech and communication trainers, we developed PEPCAM - an online training for the perfect video interview.

Idea

PEPCAM supports both sides around the video interview - applicants as well as recruiters and executives. Employers can give their applicants intensive training as a benefit in the application process.
