The onboarding phase decisively shapes the effectiveness and motivation of new employees. Therefore, it should be strategically planned and designed consciously – by HR, by managers and by the teams.

Digital onboarding strategy

As a sparring partner, we support:  
  • the development of an onboarding strategy or its digitization,
  • the creation of guidelines, checklists and online tutorials / training,
  • setting up HR onboarding support,
  • the conception of buddy and mentoring programs as well as
  • the preparation of all information for new colleagues on an onboarding website or on the intranet.

Coaching & Training

Onboarding can be planned and organized centrally - managers and teams are then required for successful implementation.
Our range:

  • Onboarding training for HR managers, managers and responsible team members (webinar, 2 x 2h, incl. guidelines & checklists)
  • Onboarding coaching for managers and responsible team members (individual or group coaching, 1.5 hours per session)

Digital Onboarding Event

We realize individual and unforgettable onboarding events - gladly also across locations and virtually.
At the Digital Welcome Day, e.g. all "new" members of a month greeted together - with a virtual wow effect:

  • Video conference with presentation, greeting by the board / management, presentations etc.
  • Coffee & cakes, drinks, etc. through home delivery service
  • Digital Escape Game / Quiz / Get to know each other
  • Optionally possible: VR meeting and site inspection (VR glasses can be sent to the participants beforehand)

Onboarding App

The connection build-up during onboarding can be very well supported with an app for smartphones or via team chat integration.
Communication functions such as a support chat can be implemented for new team members. A quiz app can playfully query knowledge about employers. At lunch roulette, "new" and "old" colleagues can meet for a virtual lunch or a coffee break in a video conference.
